Application Period: Empowering Women in Communities
This summer Chatham's Women's Business Center (CWBC) in partnership with the Diversity Business Resource Center, Urban Innovation21, Riverside Center for Innovation, and Colab18 is offering a NEW training program called “Empowering Women in Communities Program” at Colab18 in the Northside. This program is funded by PNC Foundation and is open to women who are residents of the Northside or have a business in the Northside
The program will consist of:
· a 4-week introduction to entrepreneurship course for pre-start-ups (offered on Tuesdays, July 10th-31st from 5:30-7:30pm at Colab18)
OR
· a 4-week business development course for existing businesses (offered on Tuesdays, August 7th-28th from 5:30-7:30pm at Colab18),
AND
· two financial training workshops and one-on-one financial counseling.
Programming will be facilitated by Jonnet Solomon, Founder & CEO of J. Solomon and Associates, LLC.
All training will be provided at no cost to the participants. Applications are open until 5pm on July 5th.
