Assistant Professor - Landscape Architecture |
Chatham University, a thriving dynamic institution with three colleges – Chatham College for Women and the co-educational College for Graduate Studies and College for Continuing and Professional Studies -
seeks an experienced faculty member to teach in its accredited masters program in Landscape Architecture. This is a 12-month, renewable term faculty position that requires a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Ph.D. preferred)and extensive professional experience and/or registration as a Landscape Architect.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach design studios in addition to offering lecture and seminar courses in one or more of the following five areas:
• Landscape Construction and Implementation
• History and Theory of Landscape Architecture
• Graphic Communications and Visualization
• Computer-Aided Design and GIS
• Environmental Sciences and Ecology
