Chatham University, a thriving, dynamic institution with three colleges -- Chatham College for Women and the co-educational College for Graduate Studies and College for Continuing and Professional Studies -- seeks a responsible public safety professional to provide safety, security and protection services. This position is full time with opportunities for additional hours.
The selected candidate will patrol the campus property, enforce the law and university policies, respond to emergencies, assist with investigations and preserve the peace by the use of all lawful means.
Qualifications: Certification under PA Act 120 and Act 235; certification in emergency first aid, CPR and AED; valid PA driver's license; and HS diploma or training/work equivalent. Firefighter and/or other safety experience is preferred.
