Nursing School Entrance Exam Review Course

In collaboration with the UPMC Schools of Nursing, Chatham University has developed an online preparation course to help you improve your math, natural sciences, or reading and vocabulary scores on nursing entrance exams.

UPMC Schools of Nursing require a score of "proficient" on the ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). The course is available to students who have previously taken ATI TEAS or students who would like to prepare before taking the exam for the first time.

The UPMC Schools of Nursing require a score of proficient or higher on the exam in order to be considered for admission.

Course Structure

This five-week, fully online course will provide students with general test-taking strategies as well as a review of major concepts in the sciences, mathematics, reading, and vocabulary. Each weekly lesson will include assignments and discussions to help students develop successful strategies in each of the content areas.

The course is pass/fail, and students must demonstrate proficiency in each content area in order to pass the course.
