Students will have an opportunity to work with Chatham's Director of Sustainable Agriculture in the Student Garden, an outdoor laboratory used for hands on teaching about a range of topics, including:

Take time to observe and reflect in the greater surrounding landscape. The Eden Hall Campus is equipped with several hiking trails and a swimming pool.

Activities on the farm are paired with trips to see the local food system in action. Students will have an opportunity to visit local business, nonprofits, and farms, such as:

Throughout the program faculty from the Falk School of Sustainability will give guest lectures on a wide range of topics including:

Students will also have the opportunity to participate in hands on workshops on preserving the harvest, fermentation, and extracting honey from our very own apiary.
