English Language Program
Applications being accepted for Summer and Fall 2015.
To apply to the ELP, please complete an application and submit the required documents
Submit the following documents
- Copy of passport
- Proof of funding/financial documents (financial guarantee or bank statement)
If in the U.S. please include
- copy of I-20
- copy of visa
- Priority deadline for fall term for students in the U.S. is August 1st. For students outside of the U.S., July 1st
- Priority deadline for spring term for students in the U.S. is November 15th. For students outside the U.S., October 15th
- Priority deadline for summer term for students in the U.S. is April 15st. For students outside the U.S., March 15st
There is no application fee.

Upon receipt of all your documents, we will send you an acceptance letter within a week through email. Your I-20 will be processed within a week of your admission letter when financial documents have been reviewed. Admissions packets are by U.S. airmail. For faster shipping Chatham University is using eShipGlobal. You will need to go to their website to pay for the shipping. Click here for additional information.
