Dropping a course

Please contact your advisor to add or drop a class.

There is no charge for classes dropped before the Add/drop Deadline.
There is no refund for classes dropped after the Add/drop Deadline.

Withdrawal from the English Language Program

Please contact your advisor to process a withdrawal

Refund of tuition paid. Students are responsible for paying the difference in tuition.

Fall/Spring

• Before the first day of the semester: 100%
• 1st – 14th day of semester: 80%
• 15th – 28th day of semester: 50%
• 29th day of semester and beyond: 0%

Maymester/Summer

• Before the first day of the semester: 100%
  
• Before end of add/drop: 80%
  
• Semester less than or equal to 30% complete: 50%
  
• Semester greater than 30% complete: 0%
