June 2011 PT Grand Rounds Presentation - Rehab after Hip Procedures
Pittsburgh, PA - A physical therapy grand rounds presentation was held on Wednesday, June 22nd in the Mellon Board Room on Chatham University's Shadyside campus. The topic was "Rehabilitation after arthroscopic hip procedures: A Case-Based Presentation." Keelan Enseki, PT, MS, ATC, SCS, OCS, CSCS conducted the presentation.
Keelan is the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Director at the Center for Sports Medicine at UPMC. He also teaches and lectures in musculoskeletal physical therapy, primarily the hip. Keelan has published and presented nationally on hip rehabilitation. He is one of a handful of therapists who was initially involved in designing rehabilitation program for patients after arthroscopic hip surgery.
