Biography

I am a strategic business lawyer, technology attorney and adjunct faculty member. In my professional practice, I help people solve problems and take advantage of business opportunities. My teaching focus is in entrepreneurship, strategic management and business law. I bring to my courses extensive domestic and international expertise garnered from advising top management of multi-national corporations, technology startups and growing businesses. I focus my professional practice on mergers and acquisitions, legal and regulatory compliance, commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
