Post Job and Internship Opportunities on the College Central Network Database
We appreciate your interest in employing Chatham students and alumni. Our employment services involve a cooperative effort with College Central Network, Inc. Employers can register online and post jobs and internships FOR FREE to our website.
Who Is Eligible?
Any employer who wants to post full-time, part-time, seasonal, and freelance jobs and internships is eligible to use College Central. All employer registrations will pass through the Career Development Office for approval.
Directions
Step 1. When you post through Chatham's College Central page for the FIRST TIME, please follow the bulleted steps below:
- Go to our school's site www.collegecentral.com/chatham.
- Click on the Employers icon.
- Choose the link for Register Now.
- Enter registration information with an email address. (This will enable our office to contact you).
- Once approved by our office, you will receive an email notification confirming your Access ID and informing you of your Password.
*Note: The Help Page link will give you detailed directions and other useful information.
Step 2. Using the CCN Recruitment Services for Employers.
- Go to our school's site as above and choose the Employers icon.
- Click the link for Online Services.
- Enter your Access ID and Password.
You may now:
- Access your Registration.
- Update or Review your Registration Information.
- Keep your information up to date for the Career Development Office and students/alumni.
- Post New Jobs.
- Update/Preview/Repost Jobs.
- Give plenty of detail to make your postings attractive to students/alumni!
- Easily search for Job Candidates.
- Search Student and Alumni Resumes.
- Find outstanding candidates for your opportunities.
* NOTE: As with any database search, the more criteria you chose, the more limited your results will be. Modifying your criteria may be useful for yielding many qualified candidates.

Internship Program
The Chatham University Internship Program allows students to acquire hands-on work experience related to their academic studies and career plans. A student may enroll for a maximum of 17 internship credits during her undergraduate education. Each student undertaking an internship does so through Career Development with the supervision of a faculty member.
Internships may be completed year-round for one to twelve academic credits. Forty internship work hours are required per credit. Visit the College Central Network Database
to register and post internship opportunities. You may also fax (412-365-1660) or e-mail (careers@chatham.edu) Career Development a position announcement and we will post your opportunities online for Chatham students and alumni to view.
Recruiting On-campus
Employer and Graduate School recruiters often express interest in meeting and interviewing Chatham University students for opportunities. To schedule an on-campus visit, please contact the
Career Development Office at 412-365-1209 or careers@chatham.edu.
These on-campus visits are announced to students electronically through our weekly Career Development E-Newsletter and the College Central website.
Service-Learning & Community Service
Community-based and civic engagement organizations are encouraged to contact the Career Development Office if interested in recruiting our students for service-learning,
community service, internship, and Federal Student Employment Program off-campus community service positions. We will post your opportunities online for students and alumni
to review, as well as connect you with student organizations that share your mission.
