Elana graduated from Shippensburg University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications/Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Elana joined the undergraduate team in April 2012.

Elana brings admission and financial aid experience from previously working in online higher education. She was also actively involved in fundraising for the Shippensburg University Foundation as an undergraduate student and studied abroad for a summer in London.
