For individuals to receive the established Group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of the Chatham University - Infant Mental Health Conference Group.
All reservations must be received by the group’s cut-off date.
**Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the most available rate.**

Affiliation Rate applies to the following:
- PAEYC Members (must provide Member ID No. and expriation date)
- Early Childhood Teachers (must provide organization name and telephone number)
- Early Intervention Service Provider (must provide organization name and telephone number)
- Students (must provide Student ID No., Institution and Program)
- To qualify for Early Registration Rates, registration must be completed by July 6, 2009.
- To qualify for Regular Registration Rates, registration must be completed by July 23, 2009.
- Registration and payment after July 23, 2009, will result in Walk-in Registration Rate.
Conference Day Registration
- Walk-in registrations will be accepted at the door.
- The cost is $299.
