For individuals to receive the established Group rate, you must identify yourself as a member of the Chatham University - Infant Mental Health Conference Group. All reservations must be received by the group’s cut-off date.

**Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the most available rate.**

Registration Rate $239 $139 $269 $299
* 150 Affiliate Rate registrations are available. When that number has been reached, Regular Rates or Walk-in Rates will apply.


Affiliation Rate applies to the following:
  • PAEYC Members (must provide Member ID No. and expriation date)
  • Early Childhood Teachers (must provide organization name and telephone number)
  • Early Intervention Service Provider (must provide organization name and telephone number)
  • Students (must provide Student ID No., Institution and Program)
Registration Deadline
  • To qualify for Early Registration Rates, registration must be completed by July 6, 2009.
  • To qualify for Regular Registration Rates, registration must be completed by July 23, 2009.
  • Registration and payment after July 23, 2009, will result in Walk-in Registration Rate.

Conference Day Registration

  • Walk-in registrations will be accepted at the door.
  • The cost is $299.

Refunds
  • Refunds can be requested until Friday, July 10, 2009.
  • A $30 handling fee will be deducted from refunds.
