Day Camp Fees and Policies
Early Bird Tuition is for full payments received by May 1, 2011. The regular tuition fee will be required for any payments received between May 2, 2011 and the tuition deadline. Campers will not be allowed to attend camp if tuition has not been paid in full by the tuition deadline.
All registrations are received on a first come – first serve basis. The registration fee for the Cougar Sports Camp must be paid in full at the time of registration. The tuition deadline for all summer camp programs is June 1, 2011.
Registration space is held only for campers who have paid the deposit of $250 at the time of registration. Full payment must be received by the tuition deadline dates for the corresponding sessions or the camper's registration spot and the registration deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to all cancellations before May 2, 2011. Cancellations received between May 2, 2011 and June 1, 2011 will forfeit the $250 deposit. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2011.

Other Program Fees
Extended Care Fees:
AM Pre-Care, 7:45am-9:00am:
$50 per week per camper
Campers must reserve their spot in AM Pre-Care by the Friday of the week prior to the week that care is needed.
PM Post-Care, 4:00pm-6:00pm:
$60 per week per camper
Campers must reserve their spot in PM Post-Care by the Friday of the week prior to the week that care is needed.
All reservations for AM and PM Extended Care must be registered and paid no later than the Friday prior to the week that care is needed. Reservations and payments can be made in the Day Camp office with credit card or check or online at the Day Camp website. All extended care must be reserved – walk up care will not be accommodated. There will be no refund for paid but unused extended care.
Private Lesson Fees:
-One class period per week for 3 weeks $90
-One class period per week for 6 weeks $180
*We offer both Vocal and Instrumental Lessons to Division 3, 4 and 5 Campers.
Lunch Fees:
Lunch is available for purchase in the Chatham cafeteria for $6.00 per day and may be purchased in coupon books of 5 days. Here are some things for you to know about the Lunch Coupons and Lunch Procedures:
- Coupon books are not dated and may be used throughout the campers' entire session.
- If you would like to reserve a coupon book through the camp office, you must do so the week before your child will need the coupons. We turn our lunch report in on Fridays and distribute the coupons on Monday mornings, so you must reserve and purchase your coupon book for the upcoming week by the Thursday before the week your camper will need it!
- You may pre-purchase books of coupons on-line or in the camp office if it is the week before your camper will need to use the coupon book. You can also send a check made out to Parkhurst with your child and they can purchase lunch coupons through Anderson Dining Hall.
- Lunch coupons are non-refundable.
- 5 lunch coupons = $30.00
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to eninos@chatham.edu or by mail to Chatham Music and Arts Day Camp, Chatham University, Woodland Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15232. Date of e-mail or postmark will indicate the cancellation date.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to all cancellations.
Cancellations received between May 2, 2011 and June 1, 2011 will forfeit the $250 deposit.
No refunds will be given after June 1, 2011.
