Special 2008 Classes
Exciting New Opportunities for all Campers this Year
Experience the new environmental Academy classes for all ages. Chatham University alumna, marine biologist, and nature writer, Rachel Carson ’29, was a world renowned influence on the environmental movement. Her special wonder of nature, various writings and impact on our world will enable our campers to experience a progressive series of specially designed “academy” classes during their years at camp. Achievement in each class level will be recognized.
TRAVEL ARTS classes will be offered for all age levels to bring the yearly international focus of Chatham University to our campers. The Travel Arts classes will focus on culture, language, and the arts associated with two different countries per year. This year’s classes will focus on Germany and Brazil.
