Tuition /Fees/Cancellation and Refund Policies
Early Registration Discount is only available if the FULL payment for the registered session(s) is received by April 30, 2008.
All registrations are first come – first served. Each camper registration requires a $250 deposit.
Registration space is held only for campers who have paid the deposit of $250 at time of registration. Class selection for junior and senior level options will be available to the camper once 50% of the registration fee is paid. Full payment must be received by the following dates for the corresponding sessions or the camper’s registration spot will be forfeited.
Six Week Session: June 16 – July 25 June 2, 2008
Three Week Session 1: June 16 – July 3 June 2, 2008
Three Week Session 2: July 7 – July 25 June 23, 2008
Focus Week: July 28 – August 1 July 14, 2008

Private Lessons
Vocal/ Instrumental
Available to those students completing 3rd – 8th grade.
Art lessons
Available to those completing 4th – 8th grade
One class period lesson per week for 3 weeks $75
One class period lesson per week for 6 weeks $150

Extended Care
Morning
$45 per week per camper or
$10 per day per camper
Afternoon $60 per week per camper or
$15 per day per camper
All reservations for morning or afternoon extended care for a given week of camp must be registered and paid no later than the Friday proceeding the week of intended care. Reservations and payments can be made in the Day Camp office by credit card or check or online at the Day Camp website by credit card. All extended care must be reserved – walk up care will not be accommodated. There will be no refund for paid but unused extended care.

Lunch
Campers may pack their lunch or lunch is available in the Chatham cafeteria for $5 per day and may be purchased in coupon books of 5 days for $25. Coupons are not dated and may be used throughout the campers’ entire session. You may pre-purchase books of coupons on-line or in the camp office.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to cleah@chatham.edu or by mail to Chatham Music and Arts Day Camp, Chatham University, Woodland Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15232. Date of e-mail or postmark will indicate the cancellation date.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to all registration cancellations.
Cancellations received between April 30, 2008 and June 2, 2008 will forfeit the $250 deposit.
No refunds will be given after June 2, 2008.
