Leadership and Organizational Transformation

Chatham University has decided to discontinue the Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Transformation (MALOT) as of this summer. The decision was made due to low enrollments in the program and the need for Chatham University to better utilize its resources. We have decided instead to integrate the MALOT courses into our MBA program.

The MBA will now have two concentrations: one in business and one in organizational change. The concentration in organizational change will focus on developing the consultation and facilitation skills, among others, needed to work in non-profit and for-profit organizations going through transitions. An outline of the new curriculum is attached.
