In collaboration with Sembène - The Film & Arts Festival, we will be screening "Tapologo." In Freedom Park, a squatter settlement near the platinum mines in SA, a network of former sex workers create Tapologo. They learn to be Home Based Carers for their community, transforming degradation into solidarity and squalor into hope. Directed by Gabriela Gutiérrez Dewar and Sally Gutiérrez Dewar.

Free pizza, popcorn and soda will be provided.

A panel discussion will follow the screening.
