Sustainable Saturday: Fungus Among Us

Families are welcome to experience how Eden Hall is growing its most unique crop on logs, tour other forms of agriculture on campus, and then start growing your own mushrooms on a roll of toilet paper.

Lunch will be available for purchase after the event in Eden Hall's cafeteria.
