Speaker: Aimee Murphy, Rehumanize International Often human rights get polarized against each other due to our disparate political climate: pro-lifers seem to support unjust war practices, but the anti-war crowd supports abortion. But how does valuing each and every human being in their unique selfhood change how we view human rights and the right to life? This talk and discussion will explore the basics of Personalism, how this underlying ethic affects our perspective on politics, and how we put this ethical theory into practice in our day-to-day lives.
