Chatham Alumni and Area Professionals: Sign up to be a Mentor through Chatham’s Welcome Aboard Mentorship Program

Want to make a difference in the lives of our new students as they transition to college? Eager to impart advice on how students can best use their college experience to prepare for the workforce? Then Chatham’s Welcome Aboard Mentorship Program is for you!
Over the 2018-2019 academic year (September - April), we would like you to attend at least two campus events, meet with your student mentee once a month, and arrange a professional development experience for them. In addition, we ask that you complete an evaluation at the end of the program.
Orientation sessions are provided by Chatham staff that will help mentors understand the student population and how to have a successful mentoring relationship. Attending one of these sessions is required to participate in the program.
