Just Talk About It - a screening and presenation by the Take Charge of Your Life Partnership

Members of the Take Charge of Your Life Partnership invite you to a screening and reception celebrating their innovative video series


Prompted by recommendations of the Governor's Task Force for Quality at the End of Life In Pennsylvania and funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, these videos and accompanying tool kit are designed to help families talk about important End-of-Life issues.

The evening's presenter is Maryanne Fello, BSN, M.Ed., Director of Forbes Hospice and President of the Take Charge of Your Life Partnership.

Seating is limited to 100 participants. Register online by November 11.
