Residential Networking - ResNet
Resnet is a free service that provides wired connections to students living in Chatham University's residence halls and apartment buildings.
These dedicated Ethernet connections allow students to connect to the Chatham campus network and the Internet. Connections are present
in every residential facility, and are accessible to any student with a personal computer and an appropriate network card (Ethernet card).
With a ResNet connection, on-campus students can access many different college and Internet resources.
Students MUST have virus protection. We require that you have antivirus installed and frequently updated on your computer.
Resnet will already be configured for all first-year students receiving a Tablet PC. Please refer to the policies
page
and read over our Acceptable Use Policy (PDF).
If you live off-campus, you can bring in your laptop to be connected to Chatham's wireless network.
