The Jennie King Mellon Library serves the Chatham community as a primary research, study, and resource center. The Library's collection consists of over 88,000 print volumes, videos, DVDs, and audio cds as well as 50 electronic databases containing thousands of e-journals for research across the disciplines. Faculty, students, and staff can access the library's collection both on and off campus through any internet accessible computer. The Library also provides a wealth of services for the Chatham community including course related instruction, individual research consultations, IM reference, interlibrary loan, and workshops on disciplinary resources. Professional Librarians are available all hours the library is open to assist patrons in their research needs. Through the Library's participation in the PALINET and PALCI consortia, library patrons also have access to the collections of selected colleges and universities throughout the Pittsburgh area and Pennsylvania..
