Master of Accounting (MAcc)
The John L. Carey Scholarship provides financial assistance to liberal arts and other non-business degree holders pursuing graduate studies in accounting and the CPA designation. Up to five $5,000 scholarships are awarded annually.

The Fellowship for Minority Doctoral Students seeks to increase the representation of ethnically diverse CPAs teaching in college and university accounting classrooms. Fellowships of $12,000 are awarded annually to full-time minority accounting scholars who show significant potential to become accounting educators.

CPA Exam Scholarships for Graduate Students and CPA Exam Candidates
PICPA's CPA Exam Scholarships are designed to help cover some of the costs associated with successfully passing the CPA Exam. Scholarships of $500 will be awarded to PICPA members who best meet the requirements.
Online applications are accepted each year during the following windows:
April 1 through June 30
October 1 through November 30
The Pittsburgh Chapter of the IIA announces its Outstanding Accounting Student Achievement Award. One award in the amount of $1,000 and a second award in the amount of $500 will be given to an undergraduate junior, senior or a Master of Accountancy student with a declared concentration in either Accounting, Accounting Information Systems or business related field and who have expressed an interest in Internal Auditing. The Awards are intended to honor two students who have made substantive contributions to the university and/or the community through involvement in professional and/or community service while maintaining excellence in her/his studies and demonstrating leadership. Neither financial need nor other scholarships/grants will be considered in the selection of the recipient.
