Located amongst Pittsburgh's entrepreneurial hotbed with the likes of Google Pittsburgh, the exciting new Bakery Square and Carnegie Mellon University, the Chatham Master of Business Administration program prepares aspiring professionals for successful careers in specialized fields through an innovative curriculum, a dynamic network of business leaders, and collaboration with progressive centers like Chatham's award-winning Center for Women's Entrepreneurship (CWE).
The Chatham MBA has been developed as the MBA program for working adults. In addition to the flexibility of core coursework that can be completed either online or on campus, corporate partner discounts, competitive graduate assistantships, grant-funded positions, internships, and assistance with professional memberships and networking events further enhance opportunities for professionals. Qualified MBA students can earn graduate credits through credit transfer or the Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), or test out of the college-level pre-requisites through College-Level Examination Program (CLEP). Also, full-time Chatham students are allowed to take one course each semester from PCHE institutions including Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. All Chatham University students have access to free public transportation in the City of Pittsburgh, and free evening parking on campus.
Chatham University has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) located at 11374 Strang Line Road in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. The business programs in the following degrees are accredited by the IACBE: Master of Accounting, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Bachelor of Arts in Management, and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
