Biography

I am interested in understanding how issues of place intersect questions of participatory planning and sustainable community design. My research continues to delineate fundamental experiences of place from the perspectives of individual residents. This scholarship has yielded subjective indicators of community livability which seek to better inform the design and construction of our neighborhoods.
