Biography

Kelly is a 1997 graduate of the Duquesne University PA Program, has worked in surgery, primarily Orthopaedic Spine Surgery for 10 years in the state of Maryland. She has also worked in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as done Independent Medical Case Review, which she continues to do currently.
