“Keys to Recruiting and Retaining Exceptional Employees”
Speaker: Holly Maurer-Klein, Founder & Owner HMK Associates
In the current economic downturn, it seems as if it would be easier to recruit exceptional employees, but somehow the number of qualified candidates who meet your business needs doesn’t seem to be increasing. What are some creative strategies your business can use to find people and determine who is a fit? What are some techniques job seekers can use to set themselves apart in these tumultuous times?
Holly Maurer-Klein founded HMK Associates, Inc., in 1993 to provide practical human resource solutions, including recruiting, policy development and compensation assistance to a diverse array of growing organizations in industry and non-profit. Her firm has worked with hundreds of industry and non-profit CEO’s and executives to help them manage their organizations more profitably through more effective utilization of their greatest resource – the talent and energy of their amazing staff.
This event is sponsored by the Pittsburgh Business Times and Verizon.
