PITTSBURGH– The Pennsylvania Center for Women and Politics (PCWP) at Chatham University will host the annual National Education for Women’s (NEW) Leadership™ Pennsylvania program, a weeklong intensive institute for women college students from colleges and universities throughout Pennsylvania. NEW Leadership 2015 will be held Sunday, May 31, through Friday, June 5, and will bring 43 students from 30 different colleges and universities across Pennsylvania to the Chatham University campus.
PITTSBURGH: The Board of Commissioners of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) announced at its meeting in Baltimore, Maryland, USA on April 12-14, 2015, that Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was granted first-time accreditation of the business and management programs offered through its College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
The business programs that were accredited by the IACBE include: Master of Accounting, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Bachelor of Arts in Management, and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
PITTSBURGH: Chatham University and the Falk School of Sustainability will be hosting the “Bridging the Past, Cultivating the Future: Exploring Sustainable Foodscapes” event from June 24-28th. Chatham’s Shadyside campus and new, net zero Eden Hall Campus will serve as the locations for the Joint 2015 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Association for the Study of Food and Society (ASFS) and the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Society (AFHVS). The conference will involve three days of academic and practitioner presentations; tours of sustainable communities, food, and agriculture; a banquet; and many activities and workshops.

PITTSBURGH – The 2nd annual 2015 Eden Hall Campus Summer Event Series will run June – September 2015 at Chatham University’s net zero Eden Hall Campus in Richland, PA . The series kicks off June 5th with a free performance by the Pittsburgh Opera in the Hilda H. Willis Outdoor Amphitheater.
