PITTSBURGH:   Chatham University has announced the launch of a graduate and undergraduate chapter of Net Impact with the 2015-2016 academic year. Net Impact is a 501 (c)(3) which serves to inspire a new generation of leaders to use their careers to make social and environmental change within and beyond the business world.  Net Impact has over 300 undergraduate, graduate, and professional chapters and 60,000 members.

The Fall 2015 on-campus kick-off is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15th, and will include mixers and other networking opportunities with sustainable business professionals, learning lectures, panels, film screenings, professional development events and more. Upcoming Net impact events include:

Tuesday, September 15th at 8:00 p.m.: Come out and meet fellow chapter members over light snacks and a documentary screening of Not Business As Usual at the Eddy Theatre on the Shadyside campus.

Wednesday, October 28th from 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Join us for a panel discussion with Eric Davis, a Lawyer at Elliot & Davis PC, who is experienced with Social Enterprise law (e.g. helping companies become B-Corps.)
