Graduate School Planning

Over 35% of Chatham students seek a graduate school or professional school degree after completing their undergraduate education.

Career Development offers career advising, workshops, and print resources to assist in the graduate or professional school planning process.

  • As a complement to faculty advising, Career Development assists students in clarifying goals for further education, identifying graduate programs, preparing for admissions tests, and reviewing graduate application essays.
  • Career Advisors work closely with Alumni Relations to connect students with alumni in their chosen career paths.
  • Students are encouraged to begin this process as soon as they have identified career goals.
