Executive Master in Sustainability Leadership
The world's changing. And businesses must too.
As economic and social landscapes change, businesses are looking to sustainabilty to improve their short and long term viability. Corporate, government, and not-for-profit organizations need professionals who can stimulate positive change for sustainability; people who can lead transformative teams and communicate the value of sustainability to diverse stakeholders.
Chatham University's Executive Master in Sustainability Leadership (EMSL) program provides business professionals the knowledge and experience necessary to drive sustainable practices within organizations. In our unique fully-online program, students engage sustainability leadership through distance education coursework that focuses on collaboration, teamwork and practical sustainability exercises. We designed the 30-credit, 16-month program to support working professionals, utilizing online coursework for student convenience and only one week-long summer residency at Chatham's Eden Hall Campus to connect the coursework to on-the-ground training and interactive sustainability lessons.
The EMSL is more than just the fundamentals of sustainability; it's about applying those principles to champion change while learning to effectively communicate those efforts in the boardroom, to employees, and to your customers. Sustainability is not just a brand builder or goodwill gesture; it's an operational and strategic opportunity for your organization and your career.
