Financial Aid Award Notification Early March

Residential Student Online Reservation Form and Survey Deadline Monday, December 1
All incoming students with fewer than four (4) semesters at another college or university are required to live on campus. Students need to complete the residential student online reservation form and survey by December 1. Students who return the survey by this time will be notified of their fall housing assignments around December 10. Students who complete the Online Reservation Form and Survey after December 1 will be notified of housing assignments as soon as compatible roommates can be found (if applicable) and assignments are finalized. Students will be notified of their assignment by mail to their permanent address.
All first year students will be assigned roommates and should correspond with their roommate before their arrival to campus in August. Students
requiring medical accommodation should contact the Office of Residence Life. Transfer students are strongly encouraged to live on campus, either

Spring Term Invoices December
The Office of Student Accounts will mail estimated spring term invoices in December for all pre-registered students. All final transcripts should be
mailed to the Office of Admissions prior to the start of spring classes. Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions regarding enrollment
to Chatham University. Invoices will be in the student’s name and sent to their address on file. An informational flyer explaining various payment
options and other important financial information will be enclosed with the invoice. Invoices will list a payment due date in which your student
account must be paid in order to secure your classes and avoid a late financial clearance fee. The payment due date will generally be one week before
the start of the semester. For additional information regarding billing and payments, please contact the Office of Student Accounts at (412) 365-2797

Health Information Forms Deadline Thursday, January 1
The Admissions Office sends the following three forms to all new students: Student Health Information Form, Meningitis Vaccination Waiver Form,
and Immunization Record. All three must be returned to the Office of Health Services before August 1st for the fall semester or January 1st for

Health Insurance Enrollment Deadline Thursday, January 1
All students are required to carry health insurance. The coverage can be provided by the university sponsored accident and sickness insurance plan
or through your own comparable health insurance. If you plan to be a full-time student and have alternate coverage, you must waive enrollment in
the Chatham University plan by completing an online waiver. Any student who does not complete the waiver process will automatically be enrolled in
the Chatham University Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan and the premium billed to their student account. Information about the health insurance
requirement, the accident and sickness insurance plan, and the waiver process is mailed to all students upon registration. For more information about

New Student Orientation Friday, December 2
New Student Orientation is a mandatory event for all new undergraduate students. In December, students who have deposited with the University
will be sent an Orientation letter that details the programs and services Spring Orientation will offer. Suggestions of what to bring to campus
and how to prepare for your first semester will be included. For more information about New Student Orientation, contact Nancy Evanoff in the

International Student Orientation Saturday, January 3
International students are required to attend Orientation on Saturday morning January, 3rd. An International Student Handbook that
supplements the University Catalog will be sent to admitted international students. For more information about International Student

Final Transcript Receipt Deadline Monday, January 5
All final transcripts must be mailed to the Office of Admissions prior to the start of spring classes. For more information about final
