Successful On-Campus Living
Your experience at Chatham is about so much more than taking tests, accruing credits and in-the-classroom activities. Your residential life is the ultimate laboratory to experiment with relationships and independent living.
Sharing a room for the first time, making their own schedule and forming new relationships are exciting, but sometimes trying experiences.
In addition to reading through the Living with Roommates section of this site, here are some additional tips and resources from current Chatham students:
- Have an open mind.
- Give your self time to adjust.
- Be assertive, not aggressive or passive.
- Sleep.
- Get involved, but not too involved.
