Executive Master in Sustainability Leadership
We have the degree to help you make a difference.
Your understanding of sustainability got you where you are today. Now, we want to equip you with the skills needed to drive sustainable practices within your organization through our Executive Master in Sustainability Leadership (EMSL). This rigorous, online program helps experienced executives learn to develop, communicate, and meet their organizations' short- and long-term sustainability goals.
The 16-month, fully online EMSL program will strengthen your analytical, communication, and leadership skills through distance education coursework that can be completed during evenings or weekends, allowing you to continue working full-time. We designed this program to accommodate the busy schedule of working professionals by relying on online coursework for convenience and requiring only one weeklong summer session at Chatham's Eden Hall Campus.
The EMSL is more than just the fundamentals of sustainability; it's about applying those principles to champion change while learning to effectively communicate those efforts in the boardroom, to employees, and to your customers. Sustainability is not just a brand builder or goodwill gesture; it's an operational and strategic opportunity for your organization and your career.
