We focus on preparing students with a mix of professional training and liberal arts skill building for success in life and in the fields driving tomorrow's economy. The Chatham Plan is a 5-step approach to infusing the entirety of the undergraduate education with all the things students need to launch their career after graduation. With support by both an academic and career advisor throughout, the Chatham Plan guides students to building lives of purpose and fulfilling work, and preparing students for what employers say they want from college graduates.
