Join new classmates at Accepted Student Day.

As an accepted student to Chatham, you've received an invitation to join an incredible group of students seeking to explore the new ChathamU in their own unique ways. Each year, we invite our accepted students (like you) to a special day where you can learn more, experience Chatham in new ways, and feel confident you've made the right decision to become a new Chatham student!

Why YOU should attend Accepted Student Day

  • Meet and get to know your new classmates. You might even find your future roommate or study partner!
  • Get ready for the fall semester. Sit down with a faculty member and have your questions answered about your major of interest. Undecided? Meet with a faculty member to learn more about how we will help you pick a major that's right for you.
  • See campus in a new way. You may have already been to campus, but have you seen everything you want to see? Accepted Student Day will provide an opportunity to tour all of our student residence halls (and see rooms in each of our first-year residence halls!) to find out which one might be your first choice. We will also be providing in depth tours of our academic and extracurricular buildings like the Art and Design Center, Science Center, Athletic & Fitness Center, Chatham Eastside and Eden Hall campus.
  • Meet with Financial Aid. Make sure your questions are answered and you have a financial plan in place. Representatives will be available to answer your personal questions and help you make sure everything is good to go for fall.
  • Hear from Student Affairs. Learn more about clubs, activities and ways to get involved on campus. Learn more about all of Chatham's awesome and long held traditions!
  • On the fence? This event will be a great way to help you finalize your decision and know that Chatham is the right school for you!

Why PARENTS should attend Accepted Student Day

We will be offering the special opportunity for parents to discuss all of the things that are on the mind of the parent(s) of a new college student:

  • A panel for parents to learn more about student life – from safety to campus to career development, athletics, IT, and financial aid – all directly from staff who work in these departments.
  • A financial aid question and answer session to answer individual questions about tuition billing and payment options.
  • Scheduled meetings one-on-one with financial aid staff.
Chatham offers degrees in four areas for tomorrow's economy: Sustainability, Health and Lab Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and Business and Communication
