Global Focus Picnic
Begun in 1995, the Global Focus Program at Chatham University concentrates on one country or region of the world each year to enable the college community to engage in a comprehensive study of that region through coursework, class assignments, campus events, community activities, co-curricular programs and service learning projects. This picnic is one of the greatest traditions Chatham's celebratory beginning to the academic year! Families and friends of students are welcome to participate in Opening Convocation and the Global Focus Picnic.
Individual program departments will contact students about program specific orientation. Program orientations may be on the same or a different day.
Student ID’s will be created at the Office of Student Affairs, located in Woodland Hall (next door to the IT Help Desk) on Sunday, August 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Stop over before or after the Welcome to get your ID before classes start!
If receiving your ID on the day of the Welcome is not convenient feel free to stop by the Office any Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
