Rebecca Harris, MBA

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and marketing specialist. She has started and managed a number of businesses, consulted on business development, marketing, sales management and strategic planning, and has worked for several non-profit organizations.
Rebecca holds an MBA in marketing from The Fox School of Business at Temple University and a bachelor of science degree in communication studies from Northwestern University.
Anne Flynn Schlicht, MBS
Assistant Director Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University
Anne joined the Center in September 2006. Anne received her Masters of Business Studies in Entrepreneurship from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a Best Practice in Teaching Entrepreneurship Certificate from the University of Cambridge, UK. Anne brings a wealth of international experience as a professor of entrepreneurship and as a business consultant. Anne has presented at seminars and conferences internationally on the topic of entrepreneurship education and women entrepreneurs. In January 2005, Anne was chosen as the second "Rooney International Visiting Scholar," which facilitated her move to the US.
Patricia Decker, MPW
Program Assistant Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University
Patricia has worked with numerous non-profit organizations in Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, assisting with project management, marketing and fundraising efforts, and website development.
Patricia holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics and Spanish from Coe College and a master of professional writing degree from Chatham University.
Joanne Foerster, MS
Mentoring Coordinator Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University
Joanne has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting, and city government. She managed more than $200 million in debt financing transactions for her clients, managed a variety of housing finance programs for the City of Chicago and oversaw the implementation of a strategic planning and performance management process for the City of Pittsburgh.
Joanne holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from The Pennsylvania State University and a master of science degree in public management and policy from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.
Robert Graham, MS
Executive-in-Residence Center for Women's Entrepreneurship at Chatham University
Bob joined the center in August 2013 in the position of Executive-in-Residence. Bob has held positions in the commercial, technical and operational arenas of a Fortune 50 company, and an executive position in a privately held manufacturing company. He is the managing member of Robert Graham Associates, LLC, a consulting firm dealing with process improvement and optimization. He is also co-founder and member of The Callidus Group, LLC, an organization providing entrepreneurial training for individuals starting, developing and growing businesses. Bob holds a B.S. and M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
