7:30-9:00am Monthly Breakfast Series Speaker: Debra LeBlanc, Vice President, Americas Channel Operations for Hewlett Packard, ’85 Chatham Alumna "Insights into Improving Business Operations" As Vice President for Hewlett Packard’s Americas Channel Operations, Debra leads a team of 400 people from Canada to Argentina and is responsible for managing the operational processes supporting $25B in revenue in the Americas. The team is focused on delivering key capabilities to improve channel operations engine across the Americas. Debra's focus is on providing business program leadership for new projects to improve operations including: channel efficiency and compliance, distribution configuration, and margin management. Debra's talk will include suggestions for improving business operations for both large and small companies. Open to all community members, students, staff and faculty.
