Join fellow member Terry Durst, founder and executive director of Lion’s H.O.P.E. Martial Arts Studio, for this hands-on self-defense workshop. Students will practice real-life situations such as grabs, chokes, common self-defense weapons you can use, and rape position defense, all in a safe environment. You will walk away from this workshop with tools you can use to defend yourself effectively.
