Have wisdom to share with students who aspire to enter your field? Eager to impart advice on how students can best use their
college experience to prepare for the workforce? Then Chatham’s W.R.A.P. Mentorship Program is for you!
W.R.A.P. Mentors should expect to partner with at least one student during the fall 2015 semester and will receive a briefing
from Chatham staff that will help you understand the student population and how you can be successful in partnering with
our students.
Over the fall semester, we would like you to attend at least two campus events, communicate with your student via email once a month, and arrange for a job shadowing opportunity or other activity that gives your mentee an experience in the workplace. In addition, we ask that you complete an evaluation at the end of the program.
