Cost: $75.00 per organization
Chatham University welcomes education abroad providers at our Thursday, September 14, 2017 Study Abroad Fair!
We appreciate early registration. The deadline to register is September 1st, 2017.
The fee for each organization attending is $75. Each organization will have an 8 foot table and two chairs.
The Study Abroad Fair will be held in Mellon Board Room of Mellon Center on Chatham's Shadyside campus.
Tentative Study Abroad Fair exhibitor schedule:
- Set-up: 9:30am to 10:30am
- Coffee, Tea,light breakfast available 9:00 am-11:00 am
- Fair Hours: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Exhibitor Boxed Lunch: Boxed lunches will be provided for exhibitors around 12:00 pm
Advance Shipment of Materials
For your convenience, you may mail materials for the Study Abroad Fair in advance. Materials may be shipped at any time but should be sent to arrive at Chatham by Friday, September 8. We will deliver the materials to your table the morning of the Fair. Address materials to:"Name of your organization"
