Chatham Alumni and Area Professionals: Sign up to be a Mentor through Chatham’s Welcome Aboard Mentorship Program.

Have wisdom to share with students who aspire to enter your field? Eager to impart advice on how students can best use their college experience to prepare for the workforce? Then Chatham’s Welcome Aboard Mentorship Program is for you!

Over the 2017-2018 academic year (September - April), we would like you to attend at least two campus events, meet with your student mentee once a month, and arrange a professional development experience for them. In addition, we ask that you complete an evaluation at the end of the program.

Orientation sessions are provided by Chatham staff that will help mentors understand the student population and how to have a successful mentoring relationship.
