Pie for Every Season

Cost: $50

Pie should not be complicated. Requiring no special equipment and just a few ingredients, it is a humble dessert that highlights the bounty of any season. This workshop will cover the science and technique behind the perfect pie. Participants will have hands-on experience participating in every step of the baking process, from crust to filling. At the end of the session, in addition to having a 6-inch pie to take home, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to bake any fruit pie, no matter the season.

Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
