Lunch and Learn at the ENP

join us for an informational lunch in the Essential Needs Pantry from 11:30-12:30.

We will be learning about Ultra Processed Foods and how to make familiar favorites into a homemade nutritious meal!

Students attending will not only learn about the nutrition behind the meals but will also watch a demonstration of the meal being made.

A portion of the meal will then be shared with those in attendance who have registered! For this Lunch and Learn, the meal in question will be a breakfast sandwich. (to register or if you have any questions, email allison.bennett@chatham.edu)
