About Chatham Information Technology Services

Information Technology provides technology resources of the highest quality to students, faculty, staff and administration. We are committed to providing technology and information resource leadership and services at the highest level of quality. We value coordinated, consistent and high-quality customer services that are delivered responsively and professionally. We pride ourselves on the personal attention we provide to resolving problems and meeting campus needs for information, support, and service. All students are provided with accounts to access network resources, email, Moodle, and the CampusVue portal.

+ Administrative Computing

The Administrative Computing group of Chatham's IT department oversees, manages, and/or supports administrative systems. These systems include CampusVue, portions of My.Chatham and Moodle, and other areas within Information Technology. Administrative Computing also supports and manages campus databases.

+ Events/Media

The Events/Media specialist acts as the primary coordinator when it comes to all events on all three of Chatham's campuses that require audio/visual technologies. Events/Media handle thes setup, operation, and tear down of everything ranging from projectors and microphones to web broadcasting cameras. Events/Media is responsible for such notable events as both the December and May Commencements. Along with events, the Events/Media group also oversees the diagnosis and repair of A/V technologies within all of Chatham's classrooms and lecture halls.

The Instructional Technology group of IT focuses on Support faculty with the use of technology in the classroom, assist in designing and developing learning courses. Instructional Technology also provides training, documentation and ongoing support for faculty and staff.
