BIOGRAPHY
Carolyn Kontos brings over two decades of leadership and hands-on practice in corporate health and wellness. Her career has spanned the full spectrum of workplace well-being, from designing and managing employee health-promotion programs, to delivering individualized wellness and nutrition coaching programs, to guiding clinical and “go-to-market” strategy for wellness solutions. Throughout, she has led teams, managed program development and evaluation, and translated scientific evidence into actionable health solutions tailored to busy people in a variety of work and community settings. Her corporate-wellness background gives her unique insight into real-world obstacles, such as sedentary desk jobs, to poor dietary habits, to chronic stress, that impact health and performance. She has researched and implemented organizational levers and personal strategies to help overcome these barriers to health and well-being.
