Club Sports & Intramurals

Chatham’s intramural sports program promotes health and wellness, social interaction, and self-satisfaction through leisure sports. Joining an intramural team is a great way to meet new people, and all events are open to the entire campus community.

The Athletic & Fitness Center (AFC)

The Athletic and Fitness Center is a modern, multifunctional facility open to all Chatham University students, faculty, and staff. During the academic year, free fitness classes are offered to help promote health and wellness to all Chatham University community members.

UPMC Graham Field

The newly renovated UPMC Graham Field hosts Cougar lacrosse and soccer programs, as well as summer sports camps, high school football, pee-wee football leagues, and other community groups. The renovated space is equipped with state-of-the-art features:

  •  97,346 square foot, 390' by 250' full artificial turf field featuring NCAA-standard football, lacrosse, and soccer lining and a custom Cougar logo at midfield
  • 12' by 18' Daktronics scoreboard with video display
  • 3' by 8' SS-500HD Daktronics sound system
  • LED stadium lights and a full-capacity press box
  • Three large home team locker rooms, one visiting team locker room, and two staff/official locker rooms
  • Purple stands with overhead cover for fan seating, with a newly-paved lot for parking
