When students declare an IDP interest, they align themselves with certain benefits that have significant academic and financial value:

• Ability to take graduate-level courses during senior year undergraduate studies;
• Opportunity to complete bachelor’s and master’s degree programs sooner, in some cases earning both degrees in as little as five years; and
• Significant cost savings compared to traditional graduate degree pathways.

Integrated Degree Admission Process

In your junior year at Chatham, students formally apply to their chosen integrated graduate degree program. Qualified students receive guaranteed admission and may begin taking graduate-level coursework during their senior year.

College of Health Sciences

Highly qualified first-year applicants to Chatham University are eligible for Pathway admission to Chatham's integrated undergraduate and graduate degree programs in our competitive health and lab science programs.

College of Arts & Sciences

Explore options to integrate graduate degrees in creative writing, interior architecture, and biomedical studies.

Falk School of Sustainability & Environment

Extend your undergraduate studies in sustainability, environmental science, or food studies into an accelerated master’s degree program while continuing to learn from the faculty relationships you’ve already built.

Transfer Student Pathway Admission

Students who perform well during their first year at Chatham and students who transfer to Chatham with fewer than 30 credits may be considered for Pathway admission to Chatham Integrated Degree Programs.
